We take no short-cuts as we respect the Traditional Methods of creating Mouth-Watering, Slow Smoked Barbecue.  We would love to Barbecue for your next event-so whether it's a Family Reunion, Wedding or Corporate Event, just call on us and we will make your event a Wonderful Experience.

3RD ANNUAL WAGON TRAIN RIB COOKOFF.  On June 8th 2013 we will again be participating in the Wagon Train Rib Cookoff located on Historic Main Street in downtown Placerville.  This is an exciting event featuring live music, western (staged) shoot-outs and the passing of the Highway 50 Associations 64th Annual Wagon Train parade.  Not only will we be participating in the Rib competition but we will also be vending our delicious BBQ to the public so come and support us. We will be offering Ribs, Chicken and maybe even our very popular Tri-Tip Chili.  Each sampling is only $2.00 so bring the kids and have a blast.  And don't forget to vote for us for the Peoples Choice Award!  

WE ARE BACK AND READY TO 'QUE FOR YOU!. After suffering an injury  late last summer that put The Midnight Smoker BBQ on the sidelines and unable to do what we do best-create delicious barbecue for you, we are thrilled to announce We Are Now Back!  So please help us pick up where we left off and call us for all your BBQ catering needs.  Remember, we can handle your large events as well as your small ones so don't hesitate in allowing us to make your event a special one.  Let us take care of the 'Que so you can relax and enjoy yourself.   We can delivery our Hot and Ready to serve BBQ to you or you can pick it up from us ready to be reheated.  And if your event is outdoors, we can even bring our mobile smoker and make a day of it!  Give us a call and leave the smokin' to us.
